Is it possible for suppliers to have access to your client list?
We want to help suppliers in every way possible but such a privilege doesn’t extend to our client list. Our policy indicates that this list–along with the details contained–is not to be made public.
Client confidentiality is highly valued within our company hence we do not grant access to sensitive information. We can provide assistance to your company through other more relevant and beneficial areas and we would like to shift our focus there.
Is there any cost or fees in using your service?
Yes, there are corresponding fees to our professional services and we invite you to have a look at our rates. We would just like to inform you, our suppliers, that we don’t charge our buyers any fees which mean less cost for you as well.

Are buyers obligated to work with suppliers recommended by you?
Not at all. We give you free reign to choose which suppliers you wish to work with. Having said that, we do encourage you to extend professional courtesy and inform the suppliers about your decision. They have offered their time and effort in providing you quotations and they would be happy with a simple appreciation.
Does the buyer always go for the lowest bid?
In our experience, this is not always the case. Other crucial factors such as expertise, efficiency and capacity are taken into account which means that buyers are looking for good deals overall.
As long the quoted price is fair and competitive, we have observed that our buyers are open to good and reliable suppliers.
Can you help us market our products overseas?
Expanding your reach to the global platform is our goal and we will help you explore this option. We will provide recommendations for your products so as to meet international standards. When your company is included in our database, all it takes is the exposure to global buyers, which we will take care of, for you to be perfectly matched for a win-win business deal.

What happens if the supplier doesn’t pay the consulting fees?
On a rare instance that this occurs, the arrangement is considered broken. We will inform the buyer immediately and send recommendations of other suppliers who will be suitable for the job.
On our part, we will uphold the status quo – agreement(s) and term(s) agreed upon as long as the business relationship is in full swing – by NOT bringing other suppliers to the buyer. For more information regarding this matter, kindly check our Terms and Conditions.
Is there any guarantee that my company will be getting deals?
Guarantees like that are not possible and in most cases, we advise you to be cautious with those kinds of offers. If they are too good to be true, we suggest you reconsider your decision.
In our company, we regularly have buyers requesting us to source various materials for them, and we will deliver these qualified buyers to you provided they match well with your capacity and expertise. Rest assured that as long your company is in our database and with an ‘open’ status; we will contact you as soon as offers arrive.
